Robert worked in construction in his early career years, where he watched and absorbed the techniques and characteristics that go into producing quality work in any craft. As a quick learner with a boundless desire to please his customers, he began practicing every specialty himself, making life exponentially easier for his clients by being versatile and adaptable. Over the years, he’s acquired every accreditation you would expect from a top performer in each trade. He’s a licensed electrician and plumber, and member of the Philadelphia Electrical Association & the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He also holds a Pennsylvania State Home Improvement License. He’s that rare multi-talented leader whose reputation and portfolio of work demonstrate a quality and precision that only a true professional with a keen eye for detail could achieve with such consistency. He’s a self-proclaimed perfectionist who strives on the finite patience and intricacy required to get the job done right the first time. He’s known and praised for his efficiency and seamless coordination of complex projects. Robert is also known as a friendly, low-key business manager who values relationships above all. He’s assembled a small, tight-knit team of talented tradespeople whom he’s proud to guide and mentor while helping them excel at their craft. Chris is one of our lead mechanics. He’s adaptable and competent in all our areas of expertise and has a natural talent for quality control. He can pinpoint a problem in seconds, and knows what to do to fix it right. He’s Certainteed certified, and worked in residential and commercial roofing for many years. He’s skilled at many things so he appreciates the diversity he gets from his current job.
He is a team player, and is dedicated to making life easier for everyone from his customers to his employers and co-workers. He shows up early and puts in the extra effort to make sure things are done right. He mirrors this company’s multi-specialty model by bringing skill and efficiency to every project he takes on. Plus as a bonus, he almost always brings the coffee in the morning!
Facundo
Facundo is a multi-specialty pro who can be depended on to deliver quality work and solve problems creatively. He’s an effective team player always ready to help, and he can also take charge and lead when needed.
He is well suited to our fast-changing environment, where his adaptability and positive energy keep us productive and on track. He’s already our go-to guy for most tiling & flooring, general carpentry, and drywalling jobs, and he’ll jump at any opportunity to learn something new, making him a well-rounded and valued team member. Facundo likes to be busy, both here at work where he continues to expand his talents, and at home where his wife and four children keep him on his toes.

He’s our chief Mason, and a very effective team leader. He produces top quality work and has a strong work ethic. He expects a lot from his crew, and can be firm when needed, but you can see in his eyes, there’s a teddy bear under that serious exterior.
He’s always got a joke or story to share, and he is loyal to his employer and employees alike. After spending years working on large scale high-rise construction projects, managing teams of up to seventy men, he’s been happy to spend the last decade working for a company where he can apply his talents, take pride in the quality of his work, and create beautiful spaces for his clients.
